Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. pecans
    3 Granny Smith apples, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix well oil, eggs and sugar.
    In separate bowl, sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and baking powder; add to mixture.
    Stir in nuts and chopped apples; mix well. Spread in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle chips on top of cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
