Scalloped Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage, chopped
1 3/4 c. white sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. Bac*Os or bacon bits
1 c. buttered bread crumbs
grated Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook chopped cabbage 8 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain.
Put into buttered casserole.
Pour on white sauce and sprinkle on cheese.
Put on green pepper.
Cover with bread crumbs and bacon.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
