Country Vegetable Soup (Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    2 medium carrots, thinly sliced
    2 small onions, chopped
    1 c. cabbage, shredded
    1 1/2 c. (12 oz. can) whole kernel corn
    4 c. beef stock
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 bay leaf (optional)
    1/3 c. fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and cook in microwave for 40 to 45 minutes.
