Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (8 oz.) bricks cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
16 oz. sour cream
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
5 eggs
Preparation

All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Blend all together, except eggs.
Add eggs one at a time; mix well.
Flour and grease 10-inch spring-form pan.
Wrap pan in foil.
Put spring-form pan in a pan of hot water (375\u00b0).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or longer.
Remove from water and cool 2 hours.
