Cheese Straws - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sifted plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation

Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl.
Cut in cheese and butter with pastry blender.
Add water and mix well.
Fill cookie press.
Form straws on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake and cut into desired length and remove from sheet.
Time: 8 to 10 minutes. Temperature: 375\u00b0.
