Squash Casserole 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 squash
    2 medium onions
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. melted oleo
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender; drain and mash.
    Add eggs, onions, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Add melted oleo.
    Pour in greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set, about 45 minutes.
    Brush with oleo and sprinkle with cracker crumbs and brown to a golden brown.
