Cheesy Salsa Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. block Velveeta cheese
8 oz. jar salsa
1 small jar pimentos (optional)
Preparation

Cut Velveeta up into cubes. Place in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on High for 3 minutes. Stir and add salsa and pimentos. Heat again for about 2 minutes. Stir and serve with your favorite corn chips.
