Southwestern Style Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    3 Tbsp. honey
    1 1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen Shoepeg white corn, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped seeded tomato
    1/4 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    In small bowl, using wire whisk, blend vinegar, honey and cumin; set aside.
    In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; toss to combine.
    Pour dressing over salad mixture; toss lightly to coat.
    Refrigerate until serving time.
    Serves 7.
