Kenneth'S Venison Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. venison or round steak
    2 onions, chopped
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    oil (to sear steak)
    rice
Preparation
    Flour steak and sear in large, deep skillet on both sides. Remove from pan. Place onions, peppers, tomatoes and soup in pan. Bring to simmer. Add meat. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice.
