Spanish Rice Pronto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. thin sliced onion
    1/3 c. diced green pepper
    2 c. minute rice
    1/4 c. melted butter
    2 c. hot water
    2 cans tomato sauce (8 oz. each)
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and minute rice (right out of the box) in melted butter.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix well. Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
