Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, cooked as per pkg.
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg, beaten
    1 small can (7 1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple
    1 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Combine rice, sugar, vanilla, egg and pineapple in saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until egg is cooked. Cool in bowl. Add whipped cream. Chill. Garnish with additional whipped cream and cherry.
