Kum Pao Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in cold water
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. white or rice wine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Procedure #4:
    Fry marinated chicken cubes for 30 seconds only, then set aside.
    Fry sliced chilies until black, then add 1 teaspoon chopped ginger.
    Add chicken and marinated mixture together until a little bit thick.
    Add sliced water chestnuts and cashew nuts last.
