Violet'S Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin
    1 c. uncooked rice (Minute rice)
    1/4 c. milk
    1 or 2 eggs
    2 medium onions, cut up fine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    green pepper, if desired
    1 can tomato soup or sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except tomato sauce, and form into balls, 1 or 2 inches across.
    Place in a casserole dish and pour tomato soup or sauce over them.
    Cook in hot oven for about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Can use stewed or canned tomatoes.
