Savory Mushroom Chops With Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless pork chops
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms
    2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    salt and pepper
    1 box Stove Top stuffing, mushroom flavor
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place pork chops in baking dish and salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover with grated cheese.
    In small bowl mix cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms and 1/2 cup water.
    Spoon over pork chops.
    Cover dish and bake for one hour.
    In last 20 minutes of baking, prepare Stove Top as directed.
