Holly Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. fried chicken seasoning
    3/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Combine these ingredients.
    Cut 6 large potatoes into sections, leaving skin on.
    Place in bag, a few at a time with mixture and coat each side.
    Place in large baking dish or pan. Melt 1 stick of margarine and pour over top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until done.
