Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 bottle red food coloring
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together on low speed for 30 seconds. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into 2 greased 9-inch pans or 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until done.
