Beef Bourbon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. round steak, cut in serving pieces
    3 Tbsp. oil
    4 Tbsp. A. 1. sauce
    6 Tbsp. Heinz 57
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. bourbon
Preparation
    Heat skillet over medium flame.
    Add butter and round steak. Saute until brown.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over steak. Bake, covered, 2 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0.
