Raspberry Glazed Chicken Drummettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground pepper
    1/2 c. raspberry jelly
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 large cloves garlic, minced
    3/4 c. balsamic vinegar
    4 lb. drummettes
    2 scallions, thinly sliced
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine salt, pepper, jam, mustard, garlic and vinegar; whisk until mixed.
    Place chicken in a large plastic food storage bag.
    Add jam mixture.
    Seal bag; turn to coat chicken with mixture.
    Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight. Spray baking dish with cooking spray.
    Cook chicken at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Transfer to platter; sprinkle with scallions.
