Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh green tomatoes to fix amount needed
    salt and pepper
    oil for frying
    meal for coating
Preparation
    Wash tomatoes.
    Slice across tomatoes to make not too thick, not too thin.
    Season and coat with meal.
    Fry in hot oil in pan 1 layer at a time.
    Turn over when brown and transfer when done with spatula to a plate with paper towel to drain on.
    Repeat until all are cooked.
