Rice Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. hot, cooked long grain rice
    2 large eggs
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. shredded skim milk Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 Tbsp. oregano, crushed
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine rice, 1 egg and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.
    In another bowl, combine 1 egg, Mozzarella, Ricotta, 1/3 Parmesan and parsley.
    In a large skillet, brown beef, stirring to break into bits.
    Add sauce and oregano.
    Heat.
    Evenly spread hot rice mixture into an 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Top with half the cheese mixture and meat mixture.
    Repeat layers. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until hot.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
