Fish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flaked, cooked fish or crab
    1 c. mashed potato, boiled (no milk)
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Shape into patties.
    Coat with flour. Fry in oil.
