Apricot Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless chicken
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix (1 1/2 oz.)
    1/4 c. Russian salad dressing
    1 c. apricot preserves
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in casserole.
    Combine sauce.
    Spread half over chicken.
    Cover with wax paper or paper towel.
    Microwave on Full power for 6 to 7 minutes.
    Turn pieces over, add remaining sauce. Cook 6 to 7 minutes.
    Allow to stand 5 to 6 minutes.
    Can bake at 350\u00b0 in regular oven for 1 hour.
