Guacamole(Does Not Turn Brown) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 ripe avocados
    1 clove garlic, minced
    juice of 1/2 lime
    dash of Tabasco
    1 small tomato, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and slice avocados.
    In small bowl, combine avocado slices, minced garlic, lime juice and Tabasco; mash with fork until blended.
    Add tomato and salt and pepper to taste.
    Makes about 2 cups.
