Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 oz. can coconut
Preparation

Melt margarine; add sugar, flour, eggs, milk and vanilla.
Mix well.
Add coconut.
Pour into well-greased pie pan.
Bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until golden brown.
