Brandon'S Hot Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn meal
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. cream-style corn
    2 banana peppers, chopped fine
    1 large chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together the meal, eggs, oil, buttermilk and corn.
    Stir in peppers and onion.
    Pour half of batter in a greased skillet or pan.
    Sprinkle top of batter with half of the Cheddar cheese.
    Add remaining batter and sprinkle with rest of cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
