Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. diced zucchini squash
    1 1/2 c. diced yellow squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 small pkg. corn bread stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook the zucchini and yellow squash, onion and pepper until tender in very little water.
    Melt margarine and corn bread stuffing mix.
    Put 1/2 in bottom of baking dish, save 1/2 for the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
