Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, lean
    1 lb. hot pork pan sausage
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 bell pepper
    1 tomato
    1 onion
Preparation
    Brown beef and sausage.
    Dice tomato, onion and bell pepper; mix together with meat mixture.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and Velveeta. Heat until cheese melts.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
