Cheese Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. carrots, shredded or chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 cans cream of celery soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Cook
until
tender
the
potatoes
and onion in enough water to cover.
In another pot, do the same with the carrots and celery.
Combine the 2 pots (including water).
