Zesty Meatball Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped parsley
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. oatmeal or bread crumbs

Preparation

Mix ingredients together.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
