Crawfish Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block oleo
    1 1/4 c. chopped ???
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 small garlic pods, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/4 c. pimento
    4 slices bread
    1 can water
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    1 lb. crawfish
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook first 5 ingredients until soft.
    Add crawfish and Ro-Tel tomatoes and cook 5 minutes.
    Soak bread in water and squeeze, then add to mixture.
    Add cooked rice and parsley; mix well.
    Pour into greased casserole dish and cover with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
