Chicken Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and cubed
    1/4 c. oil
    2 medium onions, minced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. white wine
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 bay leaf
Preparation
    Brown chicken in oil.
    Add onions and peppers.
    Mix together remaining ingredients; add and cover.
    Cook for 1 hour.
    Serve over rice, spaghetti or noodles sprinkled with grated cheese.
