Mexican Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 flour tortillas (10-inch)
    3 oz. sliced pepperoni
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. salsa
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. shredded lettuce
Preparation
    Place 1 tortilla on a microwave-safe plate.
    Layer with half of the pepperoni, tomatoes, salsa, olives and cheese.
    Microwave on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Top with half of the lettuce.
    Make a second pizza with remaining ingredients.
