Incredible Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. packed all-purpose flour
4 (4 oz.) jars Gerber carrots
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

In mixer beat eggs; add oil and sugar.
Blend well.
Add flour, cinnamon, soda and salt; mix well.
Pour in carrots and walnuts; mix.
Pour into 2 (9-inch) pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 42 to 48 minutes.
Cool completely.
