Stir-Fried Red Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head red cabbage, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/2 stick oleo (4 Tbsp.)
    2 Tbsp. beef or chicken stock
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 tsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation
    Cook onion in melted oleo about 10 minutes.
    Add cabbage, coat with butter.
    Add broth, salt and pepper.
    Over medium heat, cook, stirring often, about 8 to 10 minutes, until vegetables are tender-crisp.
    Remove pan from heat and stir in vinegar, brown sugar and orange peel.
