Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium size apples (Rome Beauty)
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Clean and slice the apples.
    Mix all dry ingredients and pour over apples; mix well.
    Put in unbaked pie crust.
    Add 2 tablespoons oleo.
    Top with another crust; cut slits in top crust. If apples are not tart, add 1 tablespoon lemon juice to apples. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
