Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 small bag Kraft caramels
    1 1/2 sticks butter or 3/4 c.
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Mix cake
    mix according to package.
    Pour 1/2 of batter in greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
