Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato soup
    salt and pepper
    1 minced onion
    1/2 c. rice
Preparation
    Mix beef, onion, salt, pepper and rice together.
    Shape the mixture into about 1 dozen meatballs.
    In pressure cooker or deep saucepan, heat 1 can tomato soup and 1 can water.
    Wait until boiling and drop meatballs into tomato mixture.
    Pressure 13 minutes or simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
