Prawns Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 prawns, split
    2 oz. julienne zucchini
    2 oz. sliced mushrooms
    2 oz. julienne carrots
    2 oz. broccoli florets
    2 oz. small green beans
    4 oz. tomatoes, chopped, peeled and seeded
    other seasonal fresh vegetables as desired
    pasta for 4 people
    4 oz. olive oil
    2 oz. butter
    1 Tbsp. fresh basil
    1 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 tsp. diced garlic
    pinch of white pepper/salt
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    8 oz. Parmesan
Preparation
    Blanch the vegetables until just firm.
    Saute the onions, garlic, basil and parsley in the oil.
    Add the vegetables and prawns, tossing lightly until well heated.
    Add the rest of the ingredients, holding back half of the cheese.
    Add the heated pasta and mix completely.
    Serve on heated plates and sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
