Chicken, Corn, Black Bean And Tomato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. boneless chicken breasts
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 large tomato, diced
    1 pkg. frozen corn, thawed
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 Tbsp. sherry or cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Tear chicken into shreds or chop.
    Combine with corn, beans and tomato in a bowl.
    Heat oil in a small skillet.
    Add garlic and saute until just beginning to color, about 30 seconds.
    Add oregano and cumin; stir until fragrant, about 10 seconds.
    Remove from heat.
    Add vinegar and salt.
    Pour over salad.
    Add onions and parsley; toss gently to combine.
