Bean Week Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can plain beans (your choice)
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 small box cornbread mix
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef, adding onions.
    Drain and mix with beans.
    Prepare cornbread mix according to directions on the package.
    In a well-greased pie plate, layer the meat and bean mixture alternately with the cornbread mixture.
    Top with cornbread mix.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until golden brown.
