Swedish Dilled Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    3/4 c. dark rye bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 medium onion, finely chopped (about 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. dried dill weed
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. water
    3/4 c. dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, egg, onion, milk, dill, 2 teaspoons salt, Worcestershire sauce and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
    Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
