Green Chili Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. meat (diced beef, pork or turkey)
    4 small potatoes, peeled and diced
    2 c. green chili (7 oz. can green chili)
    1 c. chopped stewed tomatoes
    1 can black beans (14 to 15 oz. size)
    1 can dosole (can use hominy)
    1/2 c. dried onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat and potatoes together; stir to prevent sticking. Add green chili, tomatoes, beans, garlic, onion flakes and water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes or longer. Recipe is not fussy and flavors blend if cooked longer.
    Serve with flour tortillas warmed and folded in fourths.
    Serves 6 to 8.
