Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 small can chopped green chili peppers
Preparation
    Boil chicken and debone.
    Set aside broth.
    In a 9 x 12-inch baking dish, place a layer of tortillas that have been dipped in broth.
    Layer pepper, onion, chicken and cheese.
    Sprinkle 1/2 chili powder over top and repeat.
    Combine soups and chilies.
    Mix well and pour over layers.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
