Quick Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Veg-All
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small can water chestnuts
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. celery (optional)
    1 c. cheese, grated or cubed
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix well, pour into buttered baking dish. Crush 1 tube Ritz crackers; sprinkle over mixture.
    Dot with butter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
