Cocktail Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chopped meat
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 egg
1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients thoroughly; shape into 1-inch meatballs. Cook in 1/4 cup shortening until brown.
Remove; drain pan.
