Harry'S Oink Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 smoked ham butt
    2 large onions, chopped
    1 lb. lima beans
    4 smoked ham hocks
    1 Tbsp. fresh crushed garlic
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    3 lb. red potatoes, diced
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight in water.
    Cook stock, meat, onions, celery and garlic. Add beans to stock; do not overcook when beans are tender. Add diced potatoes; cook for about 1/2 hour. Dice ham and hocks; add to finished soup. Let stand for 1/2 hour and then serve with homemade rolls and butter.
