Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sauerkraut, drained
    1 can bean sprouts, drained
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1 small onion, diced
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Combine kraut, sprouts, celery, green pepper and onion.
    In a small pan, heat sugar, oil and vinegar.
    Pour on salad and refrigerate overnight.
    Toss and serve.
