Teriyaki Marinating Sauce(For Any Meat Or Fish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. Wesson oil *
    1/3 c. sherry wine
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. dry or prepared mustard
    1 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger
    2 cloves garlic, cut very fine
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Marinate beef, pork or chicken cubes for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
    Skewer meat with your choice of vegetables and bake or barbecue to pretested doneness.
