Velveeta Vegetable Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. California Blend frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
3/4 (1 lb.) pkg. Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Cook and drain your vegetables.
Mix cubed Velveeta cheese all through vegetables.
After you have mixed your cheese through the vegetables, sprinkle your Ritz crackers on top.
Dot the top with butter.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
