Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. oil
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Start with 2 1/2 cups flour.
    Add sugar, oil and beaten egg. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Add hot water; mix well.
    Add 1 1/2 cups flour, a little at a time, to make a stiff dough.
    Pour out onto a floured board for 15 minutes. Knead and put into greased bowl until it doubles.
    Knead and roll out.
    Cut and put on greased pan.
    Let rise again.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
